And here is what I learned.
So yesterday I did learn something about lacing my new running shoes. I thought it was a great idea and of course, here's the video so you can do the same. Enjoy!

That is really helpful because shoes are always to lose in the heal for me.
I could have taught you how to tie your shoe-the bunny goes around the tree...
